I came here pretty late after 10:00 p.m. and Gabe was wonderful he moved furniture around from one room to the other to keep to our booking that we had paid for wonderful outstanding customer service made this long trip so much better thank you Gabe
Loved the hotel..The customer service was great and comical..I received my refund sooner then I had planned and if there is ever a need I'll come back to stay..
The gentlemen who checked us in was very friendly. My boyfriend and I spent one night and we noticed the room was really clean and smelled really nice. We ordered food and they gave us utensils and they told us if we needed anything to give them a call. I would definitely come here again!

room was partially recently renovated. I say partially because most of the new outlets didn't work to charge our phones even. had to use the tv/coffee pot plug. the phone cord ran behind the bed..couldn't follow it or see if it was attached or caught but phone did not work at all either . no remote to the TV. towels were thin and small. sheets and blankets and pillow case EXCELLENT quality and SUPER SUPER SOFT and smelled clean and fresh. not one tiny stain. it was a smoking room, no ashtray. no ice bucket ( not known if an ice machine was on premises even ) their are no elevators but front desk informs you of that ...they try to be helpful .. they saw me struggling to walk and made sure my bf knew before she booked the room. The room was clean very simple which was fine. The television was so great ... sound quality was that of surround sound and ( thankfully because we had no remote ) it knew when to increase or decrease music/dialog and commercials. Only thing missing was wifi. but for the price I feel we did well and probably will be returning.
I have night blindness and had to find a hotel ASAP. Googled the closest one off of the freeway and booked it right there. I did notice that they didn’t have a lot of stars, but I had to take it because I could not drive. Not only was it inexpensive, I was very impressed with the service and the room that I got. They have been remodeled and are very clean. Don’t judge a book by its cover, I think you will enjoy the location, rate and accommodations. I definitely recommend this hotel, sometimes the reviews are wrong.

No, I’ve came here before in the past had a bad experience but now that they’re under new ownership, it has improved tremendously. Specially, the front desk clerk, Gabe I think was his name helped me out showed me the room and just made my stay there comfortable I felt accommodated Will be returning just because of the friendly service. The front desk clerk had check out was also a breeze thanks to Bree.
I love this place . Quiet, affordable, and exceptional customer service 24/7. I remember 5 months back when this hotel was corrupted but now , big changes were made and the area is back to normal humanity. Great job with the turn around !! Keep up the good work
Great room. Well lit, confy bed. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. You can't beat the rates either. Will stay here whenever I'm in town.
